As Hawaii grows itʻs agricultural presence throughout the islands, more and more people are becoming aware of the benefits and flavors of locally and sustainably grown foods. Come down to the market and meet the farmers, food producers and innovators that are turning trend into a way of life. Browse, taste and go home with the best fruits, vegetables and flowers. Purchase top quality beef, aqua cultured seafood, baked goods, hand-made pasta, local honey, coffee and so much more!

I’m eating the abalone as seen below… #brave

How to Get to the KCC Farmer’s Market

Bus Routes #3, #22, and #58 (check out our post on TheBus and find a link to Bus schedules there!)

Local Farmers

This is a true farmers’ market: the farmers and food producers are in attendance to tell you about their products, how they grow them and how you should prepare them.

Stroll through the different aisles of locally-grown fruits, vegetables and plants. See the abundance our island has to offer and treat yourself to some delicious snacks that are established around the marketplace.

You don’t only find food at the Farmer’s Market. Local farmers supply fresh flowers and handmade items here as well. Enjoy a variety of live entertainment. Come early and enjoy!

Come to eat

Restaurants prepare delicious plates each week. You’ll also find fresh bake scones, oatcakes and other baked items to have with a cup of Hawaii-grown coffee.

Note: The above information comes directly from the KCC Farmer’s Market page. I tried something new. All images are mine and property of Move to Hawaii and Ken Muise.
