I have a little more experience with Royal Hawaiian Movers than I do with the other moving companies in Hawaii.  One, they were contracted to move my family into our house when we moved to Hawaii and, two, their headquarters on Oahu is located right next door to the office building that I work in.

Royal Hawaiian Movers

First a disclaimer: I don’t represent any moving company in Honolulu, on Oahu or in the state of Hawaii.  This review is based upon my own experience with Royal Hawaiian Movers and that of those I have read on review sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor.

My crew showed up on time.  They were neatly dressed, professional and in good spirits. They put stuff together that I asked them to (it is part of the contract in most cases) and they didn’t complain once.  They seemed to like their jobs.

A supervisor showed up shortly after they started to make sure they were getting the job done right and that we were happy.  Then ANOTHER supervisor showed to welcome my family to Hawaii and even gave us a pineapple!

They handled all of my property with care and diligence.  They were quiet and cooperative.  Most of all, they were efficient.  We had an entire house of stuff and three guys did it all by working together.  You could tell that Royal Hawaiian Movers preaches team work and efficiency above all.

Customer Satisfaction:

I had a great experience with Royal Hawaiian Movers, personally.  I also couldn’t find many bad reviews of experiences online.  They do go out of their way to make sure that their customers are taken care of and happy with the service.

Even on Ualena Street, when I’m outside talking, the guys and girls who work for the company are friendly and courteous.
